Join our club's own Michelle Babbage guest baker for a class on focaccia making!
Sunday January 12, 2:00-5:00pm, SWCA Clubhouse
- members only event, limit to 12 for this class.
This will be a hands on class, Michelle will demonstrate and then you will make your own focaccia dough. This is a take and bake class, so you will be taking your dough home to bake.
Michelle will bake one sample at the clubhouse. Students will make the dough, then take it home to bake.
Each person will receive a 5lb bag of bread flour, a small container of yeast, a dough scraper/cutter and the recipe/instructions.
The cost will be $10 per person, to cover supplies.
Signups close on Tuesday January 7 to give Michelle time to prepare.
