Ciabatta Baking Class
Thursday February 26, 1pm - 4pm
$20 fee
Join our club's own Michelle Babbage guest baker for a hand on class on Ciabatta making. Students will make the dough, then take it home to bake for dinner.
Members only event
$20 fee per member to cover supplies.
Each person will receive:
5lb bag of bread flour
Jar of yeast
Recipe
Michelle will bring the other ingredients for everyone to use.
This will be a hands on class. Michelle will demonstrate and then you will make your own Ciabatta dough. Michelle will bake one sample at the clubhouse. This is a take and bake class, so you will be taking your dough home to bake.
