  Dear Parents,

  We are already planning for an exciting celebration of our 2025 swim season, which will include a catered dinner provided by Rio Adobe Southwest Café – and then afterwards a Champs ribbon ceremony, team cake, awards for any club and league records broken, age group high-point and high-point runner up, team high-point and high-point runner up, Champs high-point and high-point runner up, most PBs in each age group and more! You do not want to miss it!!

  All the fun will take place at the Saratoga Woods pool and grounds on Sunday, July 13^th after our JSSL Champs meet and will begin at 5:00 PM.

  Please login to Swimtopia to RSVP for End of Season celebration and Movie Night and select your job.

  Reminder that each family attending the celebration must volunteer.

  We will serve, and the cost is $22 per adult and $12 per child.

  To reserve your meal, we need to receive your RSVP indicating the names of the kids and adults attending.

  You will subsequently be invoiced you for your family’s meal.

  Hard to believe it but it’s already time again for our Annual General Meeting and Chili Cookoff! PLEASE PLAN TO ARRIVE AT 3PM SHARP to participate in our general meeting, as the Board will be presenting the budget and other items for discussion and voting! WE NEED A QUORUM FOR THIS MEETING SO IT IS IMPORTANT THAT AT LEAST ONE ADULT FROM EACH FAMILY COME TO THE MEETING TO VOTE!

  As is tradition at this annual event, we will be doling out raffle tickets for some amazing prizes to be given out at the end of the General Meeting! How to get your raffle tickets and help us have a great, smooth event? It’s easy!!

  • 1 raffle ticket - to each adult who arrives BEFORE 3PM
  • 2 raffle tickets - to each adult who brings a crock pot dish (ie: chili, soup, casserole, dessert, etc)
  • 1 raffle ticket - to each adult who brings a side dish (e.g., green salad, fruit plate, cornbread, rolls, mac-n-cheese, etc)

  When the meeting is over, we can get to the fun of eating! Please plan to bring anything that can be cooked in a crock pot (ie: chili, soup, casserole, dessert, etc) or please bring a side dish (e.g., green salad, fruit plate, cornbread, rolls, mac-n-cheese, etc.). Please enter your dishes by clicking and entering your information in this Google docs link:
