RENTALS

While club sponsored functions and swim team events hold priority, any Full, Associate, Rental or Trial adult member can rent the clubhouse and grounds.  

FAQ'S

• Members MUST be in attendance during the rental period
• Member is responsible for cleaning and damages. See the Clubhouse and Grounds Clean Up Checklist.
• All clubhouse rules, including those posted on the wall of the clubhouse, apply to private parties as well as the use of the pool during pool hours.
  

To request a rental, please complete the following steps:

1. Check the SWCA Club Calendar and Combined Calendar for availability
2. Complete the appropriate rental agreement, updated 05/29/2022:
   • April 1 through October 15: Swim Season eRental Agreement
   • October 16 through March 31: Off Season eRental Agreement
3. eMail a pdf file of your completed eRental agreement to clubhouse@saratogawoods.org.  The Clubhouse Director will confirm availability for your rental.  We will send you an invoice for the rental deposit of $150 to hold your reservation.
4. We will invoice you for the full amount of your rental before your event. Payment of all rental fees must be made at least seven days prior to your event.  
5. At the conclusion of your event, return any borrowed key and the Clubhouse and Grounds Clean Up Checklist to the clubhouse director.
