• advance shopping and errands (2)
• before party planning catering/drinks & Set-up day of the event (decorate, setup tables, setup bar) (8)
• during the event: bartenders, manage appetizers members bring (3)
• LEAD or Co-LEADs (1 or 2)
• post Clean-up, day of the event (after event at nighttime) (2)
  This party runs right up to 12 midnight, so there is little time for cleanup, at a minimum lock up all liquor/beer/wine in the clubhouse for the evening.
• post Clean-up, morning after the event (3)
  Pool must be open by noon day after party, so this complete cleanup is in the morning.
