Registration

• advance shopping, errands, cooking, and baking (3)
• before Setup PA sound system for music
• before, Set-up day of event 12-1:30 (closing street, heavy picnic table setup,PopUps) (5)
  Description
  Description Includes setting up the road closed signs, getting heavy picnic table out of shed and setting them up on the lawn, at least 2 people to lift & carry each table, Pop Up setup,
• before, Set-up day of the event (includes decorating clubhouse) (3)
  (includes setting up heavy picnic tables)
• before/during Server & Setup 1:30-3:30 (2)
• before/during: Ice pickup, chill beer & help serve food 1st half (1)
  Description
  Pick up 4-6 (20 lb) bags of ice, put German beer on ice (table top 5L mini kegs, or Cans, no big keg)
• during the event (2)
• during/after Server & Clean-Up 3:30-5:30 (2)
