  Description
  Includes setting up the road closed signs getting heavy picnic table out of shed and setting them up on the lawn, at least 2 people to lift & carry each table
• before/during Server & Setup 1:30-3:30 (2)
• before/during: Ice pickup, chill beer & bartend 1st hour (1)
  Pick up 4-6 (20 lb) bags of ice, put beer on ice (Cans, no big keg)
• Cake pickup & serving it 3-4pm (1)
• Cocktail Bar during the event (2)
• during the event (4)
• during/after Server & Clean-Up 3:30-5:30 (2)
