Hard to believe it but it’s already time again for our Annual General Meeting and Chili Cookoff! PLEASE PLAN TO ARRIVE AT 3PM SHARP to participate in our general meeting, as the Board will be presenting the budget and other items for discussion and voting! WE NEED A QUORUM FOR THIS MEETING SO IT IS IMPORTANT THAT AT LEAST ONE ADULT FROM EACH FAMILY COME TO THE MEETING TO VOTE!
As is tradition at this annual event, we will be doling out raffle tickets for some amazing prizes to be given out at the end of the General Meeting! How to get your raffle tickets and help us have a great, smooth event? It’s easy!!
- 1 raffle ticket - to each adult who arrives BEFORE 3PM
- 2 raffle tickets - to each adult who brings a crock pot dish (ie: chili, soup, casserole, dessert, etc)
- 1 raffle ticket - to each adult who brings a side dish (e.g., green salad, fruit plate, cornbread, rolls, mac-n-cheese, etc)
When the meeting is over, we can get to the fun of eating! Please plan to bring anything that can be cooked in a crock pot (ie: chili, soup, casserole, dessert, etc) or please bring a side dish (e.g., green salad, fruit plate, cornbread, rolls, mac-n-cheese, etc.). We will be providing beer, lemonade, and water and the pool will be open for the kids or whoever needs to hydrate after the meeting! Hope to see you all there AT 3PM or before and can’t wait to see what great foods you bring to share!
