Hard to believe it but it’s already time again for our Annual General Meeting and Chili Cookoff! PLEASE PLAN TO ARRIVE AT 3PM SHARP to participate in our general meeting, as the Board will be presenting the budget and other items for discussion and voting! WE NEED A QUORUM FOR THIS MEETING SO IT IS IMPORTANT THAT AT LEAST ONE ADULT FROM EACH FAMILY COME TO THE MEETING TO VOTE!
Club is providing some snacks and beverages in the clubhouse for during the meeting which starts promptly at 3:00PM !
(weather permitting)! The Crock Pots & Instant Pots will be setup outside on the BBQ counter, all the sides will also be outside at/near the BBQ with beverages.
When the meeting in the clubhouse is over, we can get outside and to the fun of eating and judging!
Sign up for the Chili Competition, or bring a side dish to share - CLICK HERE TO SIGN UP Please plan to bring CHILI or anything that can be cooked in a crock pot for the competition (ie: chili, soup, casserole, dessert, etc) - OR - SIDE DISH . e.g., green salad, fruit plate, cornbread, rolls, mac-n-cheese, etc.
We will be providing beer, lemonade, and water and the pool will be open for the kids or whoever needs to hydrate after the meeting! Hope to see you all there AT 3PM or before
