  Get ready for another AMAZING Adult Summer Party! 

  Everyone that registers for any of the volunteer tasks can be PART OF THE PLANNING COMMITTEE .

  We've  split up some of the roles in advance into different tasks to register for.  

  Decide how you would like to help as a planning team member,

  - advance shopping/ errands,   

  - before party planning &  day of event decor and setup

  - help during the event: bartending, sign in table, manage appetizers etc.

  - post party clean up night of party 

  - post party cleanup the next morning

  
  

  The KICKOFF PLANNING MEETING will be

  SUNDAY JUNE 1, 2025   noon to 2pm

  at the SWCA clubhouse.
